Responsibilities:

• Foster and manage effective relationships with Indigenous artisans, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with the Company’s mission.
• Onboard skilled artisans, organize schedules, and coordinate resources for co-creation projects.
• Ensure artisans have access to tools, materials, and support to produce high-quality, technology-enhanced art pieces.
• Oversee fair trade agreements and transparent payment processes to ensure ethical practices.
• Collaborate with the Indigenous Art Specialist to ensure artisan contributions align with creative direction and cultural standards.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops and training sessions to help artisans adapt traditional techniques to modern tools.
• Act as a liaison between artisans and the creative team to integrate their work into the Company’s offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of Indigenous cultural practices and commitment to cultural preservation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with artisans or in a creative environment is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement immersive virtual reality experiences that showcase Indigenous art, culture, and stories.
• Create 3D models, animations, and interactive designs to bring culturally authentic VR experiences to life.
• Optimize VR content for third-party platforms such as Oculus, SteamVR, and AltspaceVR.
• Collaborate with Indigenous artisans and cultural experts to ensure cultural integrity in VR content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest VR technologies and trends to enhance the Company’s offerings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a seamless user experience across VR platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in VR content creation, including 3D modeling, animation, and interactive design.
• Proficiency in VR development tools and platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and art, with the ability to reflect this in VR content.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, team-oriented environment.

• Work closely with the creative team to integrate Indigenous cultural elements into technology-enhanced products and experiences.

• Mentor artisans, provide feedback, and guide them in adapting their work for contemporary markets.

• Assist in the production of videos, interactive media, and immersive storytelling experiences that showcase Indigenous culture.
• Research and develop compelling narratives, ensuring cultural authenticity and high-quality production standards.
• Coordinate production logistics, including managing timelines and ensuring resources are in place for smooth project execution.
• Refine and optimize multimedia assets for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and VR experiences.
• Collaborate with Indigenous artisans to accurately represent their stories while using modern storytelling techniques.
• Help manage project timelines and optimize content strategies to ensure the seamless execution of digital storytelling initiatives.
• Contribute to content development and support the creative direction of digital storytelling projects that preserve and amplify Indigenous culture.

• Proven experience in multimedia content creation, including video production, interactive media, and immersive storytelling.
